From my very first meeting with Jag I was impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm for his work. Recently the Surgery went through a massive refit in which Jag has brought in the latest sophisticated equipment to ensure that they continue to offer the best treatments available to their patients. Every attention to detail has been given not only to the Clinical Areas but also to the Reception and Waiting Room where patients can sit and relax in a lovely cosy environment. I’m so glad that I am a patient at this Dental Surgery – I feel that I’m in safe caring hands. I’m never anxious about going to the Dentists and having the various treatments as Jag and all his employees are so skilled and efficient. I’ve been unfortunate to have had several Dental Abscesses since the age of 14 that have been a real source of discomfort and debilitation to me. Over the years I’ve had many sessions of Root Canal work an unpleasant but necessary procedure. Since Jag has been my Dentist his timely interventions and care has meant that these problems have been greatly reduced. About 6 years ago the site of my first abscess when I was 14 became painful and problematic. Jag referred me to an Endodontics Specialist Dr. Arta Vahdaty in Solihull who was able to carry out my treatment. I really appreciated the fact that rather than struggling to carry out the treatment himself that Jag referred me to someone who was highly skilled in this area of Dentistry. This in my opinion was another example of the consummate professional that Jag is, that he is fully aware of his own abilities and skills and is not afraid to admit that someone else may be the best person to deal with a patients needs in certain situations. Jag always puts the needs of his patients first and acts accordingly. Interestingly enough since the Endodontic treatment I have had no further dental abscesses. Approximately 15 years ago I had an accident that resulted in the Root of one of my front teeth shattering, this also did some damage to the Bone beneath the Root. I have Denplan Insurance and had sensibly opted to pay for the extra cover for Accidental Injuries. I was so glad I’d decided to pay the extra fee as it meant that I was able to have a Dental Implant that Jag carried out. Because of the damage to the bone I had to have a Bone Graft and so I opted to have some of my own Bone from my Chin grafted into the damaged area. Jag performed this operation and did it beautifully. I have recently had other Dental Implants inserted by Jag in areas where the problems with the recurrent Abscesses had caused the condition of the teeth to deteriorate. The care and attention Jag and his wonderful team of Dental Nurses has resulted in the operations all being a huge success. I have recommended Jag and his Dental Practice to many of my colleagues and friends. They have all been grateful that they followed my advice as the manner in which Jag dealt with them, the proposals for treatment he suggested and the final results of the treatment they received was all excellent. They were all impressed with the fact that the advice and choices Jag gave them were based on ethical as well as clinical grounds, so that they didn’t feel they were being pushed into accepting or agreeing to unnecessary expensive work that they didn’t need. This philosophy of care has enhanced Jag’s reputation and made him a much sought after Dentist and Cosmetic Dental Surgeon.”
