THE WORD LINGUAL MEANS ‘ON THE SIDE TOWARDS THE TONGUE’, WHICH MEANS THAT LINGUAL BRACES REFER TO CORRECTING TEETH USING BRACES THAT ARE BONDED TO THE INNER SIDE OF THE TEETH, RATHER THAN THE OUTER SIDE.
This means that our braces cannot be seen by other people, but teeth are realigned to the correct position.
